At Uncanny Owl, we help small businesses build world-class elearning and automation solutions for WordPress. Over 35,000 websites use our products to deliver elearning and no-code automation.
As a WordPress Support Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for investigating and fixing technical issues reported by users of our 8 automation and elearning plugins. You will collaborate with our support and development teams to ensure the successful and timely resolution of requests that can often be quite complex. This role bridges both teams, lending development support as needed to our dev team and committing fixes directly to our plugins.
To be considered for this position, you must have significant expertise with WordPress development and supporting WordPress plugins.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bonus points if you have experience with any of our plugins, LearnDash or integration tools (e.g. Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, etc.).
This job is a full time (35 hour weekly) position. Our team is based in Toronto but everyone works remotely. Candidates in Canada are preferred, but we are happy to consider people in other locations with the right skill set.
